In preparation for the final call, think about some of the areas that you have already grown throughout this program. Think about areas of transformation and breakthrough that you can share to inspire other people in the program.
Think about challenges you are already thinking about as you move on to continuing your personal growth without the energy of support of this community. It is so easy to slip back into the old, familiar, comfortable way of doing things. This is the default option that we have to avoid against every single day.
John Maxwell said,
Everything worthwhile is uphill.
This means the decision to grow is a decision to climb, because your worthy ideals are always going to be uphill. Growth is always uphill. Climbing up hill is never something that happens by default. Sliding downhill is what happens by default. Climbing up hill always has to be intentional.
As we conclude this program, make a conscious commitment that you will continue your journey of personal growth. Look for books, products and programs that are congruent with your journey. Look for communities of like-minded people to encourage you as you grow.
