moving within reasonable time.

IPS charges $3 for each drop ship order sent out + Actual Ship Costs

1. Place ALL HATS as Drop Down for styles with Multiple color options. ALL

OTHER ITEMS are WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET.

2. ADD ITEM NUMBERS TO ALL ITEMS NNS START WITH 1001, 1002 etc.

3. IPS will Pick UP from Matt:
1. 1 Case of GRINGO BOOKS

2. 2 CASES of PINT GLASSES

3. 1 DOZ of Each Existing Hat Style

4. Items will be ordered per following listing for each items, shipped

to IPS for WEB orders and Property Order fulfilment.

5. IPS will provide NNS authorized personnel a CODE to use for

Property ordering making the transaction ZERO COST and IPS will
Provide Accounting/tracking.

6. Retail Sales paid by Customer including Shipping. NNS offers FREE
SHIPPING for orders of $75 or more, IPS invoices NNS for ALL

SHIPPING regardless of offers.

7. Monthly recap of activity and Check for Profits Only sent to NNS.

8. HAT ORDER: Prepare SEPARATE Acknowledgement for all hats for

re-order and wait for direction and approval from Matt. Matt will
supply HAT PATCHES as needed.
