CONDITIONS OF SALE
PRICE INFORMATION–All prices are F.O.B. Chicago unless otherwise stated. DUE TO MARKET CONDITIONS, PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Minimum billing $10.00. All orders under $10.00 are cash.
TAXES–All Illinois customers are subject to Illinois sales tax of 10.25% and all Michigan customers are subject to 6% sales tax. All tax exempt customers must provide us with proof of exemption in writing.
SHIPPING–All orders requiring shipping will be sent via Best Way at Halogen’s discretion. All shipping charges plus a $3.25 handling charge will be added to customers invoice.
TRANSPORTATION CLAIMS–All reasonable precautions are taken in packing goods for shipment, but we are unable to be responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit. Recovery claims must be filed with the common carrier by the purchaser within the time limit allowed by such a carrier, the loss or damage claim should be noted on the original copy of the freight bill by the receiver. RETURNS–Merchandise returned for credit must be approved for return by a Halogen authorized representative and must be accompanied by proof of purchase and reason for return. All returns are subject to handling and restocking charges as determined by the product manufacturer and Halogen Supply Company, Inc. ORDERING–Catalog numbers will expedite the shipment. Weights shown are approximate and a separate billing will be necessary where special packaging for export is required.
TERMS–Net 30 days where credit rating is satisfactory. A service charge of 11⁄2% per month is charged on invoices over 30 days old.
