History has shown that when a company fails to adapt to the changes demanded by circumstances and needs, it is doomed to fail.
Uhuru is not planning to fail and we have seen that as much as we want to help entrepreneurs establishing their very own businesses within the Uhuru Structures, we can only successfully establish entrepreneurs by adapBng the rules of the structure to such an extent that we empower the entrepreneurs to build a lasBng business.
The current system can be abused and will definitely cause more harm than helping the entrepreneurs. Uhuru is NOT a Pyramid scheme and we therefore don’t want to create an environment where business is built on the sales of memberships, but rather a business built on performance, trust, relaBonships and a strong support base. In order to do so, we have to offer quality products and built a TRIBE that will last.
We have therefore come to the conclusion that we have to adapt the requirements for the Uhuru Level Structures and Bonuses and here they are:
