We have huge challenges allocaCng the funds deposited in some accounts as many people pay into our bank accounts with their own names while some other people then upload the POP (Proof of Payment) in their deposit account. As we never know if the deposit slip was picked up or how true the payment is, PLEASE USE THE CORRECT USER CODE AND USERNAME for the deposit. If the user code and username does not correspond with yours, WE WILL NOT IN FUTURE upload that amount in your account. No ma]er, even the person swears he meant it to be for your credit. This is a serious ma]er and we trust all our patrons will adhere to these rules.
