PROGRAM COMMITTEE: Neely reported that Anniversary Breakfast: November 9th. Discussing plans for event. Tickets available at Central Office: $10. Anyone whom wishes to be of service to help with this fun event, we need 20 more volunteers. please contact using email: program@aasandiego.org
PUBLIC INFORMATION COMMITTEE: No Report 1. Public Information is a terrific opportunity to be of service. Please join us at our next committee meeting on First Monday of month

OLD BUSINESS: There was none. NEW BUSINESS:
1. Presentation of 202 San Diego Integroup Budget by Jerry C., Business Committee Treasurer. There is a copy of our 2020 Budget on our aasandiego.org, click on “Intergroup Rep”, icon on top banner. For Group questions, please contact Jerry C., Treasurer at bctreasurer@aasandiego.org or Sallye M., Chair at businesschair@aasandiego.org. Coordinators will bring their group ballots to the November 14th Council Meeting.
2. CEC (Communications w/Elderly Community) motion to become an Intergroup Ad-Hoc Committee for one year. Jean gave a presentation of how they originated, active relationship with our Public Information Committee. After much discussion, m/s/c. Vote was 31 y / 3 n. Minority was asked to speak.

took Council attendance,

Old Business:
1. CEC (Communications w/Elderly Community)
requesting to become an Intergroup Ad-Hoc Committee. Motion had been tabled at September Business Committee Meeting to allow for the committee to review the CEC PowerPoint Presentation. After much discussion, the motion to bring to the Coordinating Council to discuss and vote on establishing CEC as a 1 year Ad-Hoc Committee was m/s/c.
New Business:
1. San Diego Intergroup 2020 Budget – After
review, it was m/s/c to bring to the Coordinating
Council for presentation to Group Coordinators.
2. Coordinators asked questions about meeting guide app. Discussion ensued. Costs factors and
usage were communicated.
