Pete W., Council Chair opened the 896th with a moment of reflection followed by the “I am Responsible Declaration”
Welcoming by Pete W., Council Chair:
1. We will not be establishing a Quorum tonight.
2. Tonight’s agenda is with a focus of reconnecting and not conducting business.
3. We plan on hosting Coordinating Council Meetings on Zoom for the foreseeable future.
4. Will be having a Q & A session tonight.
5. We would like to facilitate a more robust online Intergroup Meeting for September 2020; in order to have a more organized meeting, please send any general questions that you wish to be addressed to Pete W., Council Chair at mailto:councilchair@aasandiego.org or Connie L., Recording Secretary at sdaaco@aol.com.
Jerry C., Business Committee Chair shared minutes of meeting on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 - 6:00 pm by ZOOM Members present: Jerry, Rich, Pete, Tom, Wayne and Connie L. Central Office Manager.
Absent: Andy and Tony. There was a quorum.

 Following are the types of meeting listings that Central Office is currently maintaining:
a. Telephone meetings (listed in meeting schedule)
b. Telephone meetings (not listed in meeting schedule)
c. Zoom meetings (listed in meeting schedule) with no password, with password, some with email address
  and or with a website URL.
d. Zoom meetings (not listed in meeting schedule) with no password, with password, some with email
address or with a website URL.
e. Face to Face outside meetings w/hybrid zoom meeting
f. Face to Face outside meetings continuing their zoom meeting also, but not hybrid.
g. Face to Face outside meetings whom informed us they have discontinued their zoom meetings.
Central Office Bookstore has “curbside only” literature purchases. NO INSIDE SHOPPING.
a. You will need to email sdaaco@gmail.com or call Central Office at 619-265-8763 to place order for us to
process.
b. We will create a sales receipt and take your credit/debit card over the phone or you may leave a check at
  the time of pickup.
c. Scheduled pickups will occur: Mon-Fri between 11 am – 3 pm Sat 10 am – 12 noon.
d. There will be a table outside our door with your purchase, along with a clipboard to sign credit/debit card
receipt or to leave a check.
