Heidi H., Council Chair called the 879th meeting to order at 7:30 pm. Twelve Traditions read by Troy. Council Definition and Purpose read by Tom. Welcome to 2 new Coordinators. Congratulations to those celebrating birthdays. Roll Call: Pete, Assistant Council Chair, reported 21 groups were represented out of 75 registered Coordinators. There was not a quorum. (29). 7th Tradition: $33.00
Area 8 Representative: Jerry, Alt Delegate Shared on the upcoming events. Flyers are available at aear8aa.org website. Jerry shared a personal written poem. It was requested by Mike to submit to Coordinator Newsletter for printing.
H & I Representative: No report given.

55 BUSINESS COMMITTEE: Precious, Chair
reported Committee met on Tuesday, 12/11/18 at 6:00 pm. Present: Precious P., Heidi H., Sallye, Pete, John, Jerry, Vincent and Connie L. There was a quorum.
It was m/s/c to approve November 2018 Minutes. November 2018 Financial Statements were m/s/c. November 2018 Financial Summary:
November Net Revenue is (2,522). Our 2018 YTD Net Revenue is (1,862). Group and Individual Contributions were 7,783. Literature Sales Revenue and CD Bank Interest were 904 while total office and committee expenses were 11,216.
Central Office Manager’s Report:
