warra and Campbelltown.
The Repair Wizard has been a highly
respected business in Katoomba and the Blue Mountains area for over 50 years. The company mission is to ‘exceed cus- tomers’ expectations and provide an ex- traordinary repair experience and to be a recognised leader in the industry’.
Stefan Menin decided to join Car Craft to join forces with other like-minded panel shop owners, and to network both at a local level and nationally. This, he believes, ‘improves the breed’ and helps maintain high standards. Stefan has a wealth of industry knowledge as a tradesperson, to management within a large global paint brand.
Campbelltown Smash Repairs (CSR) has been servicing Campbelltown and surrounds since 1966. Zelko Strizic re- cently took over the business and he has made substantial improvements.
Zelko has always thought that ‘strength in numbers is a great policy’ and this was one of the reasons he ap- proached Car Craft. He also wanted to become part of a team that promotes best practice and quality industry stand- ards. National networking opportunities were also an attraction.
Perre Brothers Smash Repairs is a second generation family business with over 40 years’ experience and is the Illawarra’s longest serving acci- dent repairer. It is the only BMW ap-
proved repairer in the region and fo- cuses on quality repairs and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Perre Brothers Smash Repairs decid- ed to join Car Craft Group with a view to ensuring their long-term success by aligning themselves with other leaders within the industry,.
Adam, Dominic and Michael Perre say that the Car Craft offering is to be a key part of their future direction. The team are keen to contribute as wellaslearnfromotherswithinthe Car Craft Group.
Networking within a group of high quality repairers was a key attraction but they are also delighted with the benefits of joining such a large nation- al group. Perre Brothers are on a con- tinuous improvement program and are keen to place their mark on the busi- ness while maintaining their fathers’ core family values of providing excep- tional customer service along with high-quality repairs.
COUNTRY VICTORIA
Gisborne Smash Repairs has served this thriving rural community for over 15 years. Bryce Marks and Niall Cardillo are looking to move with the times and grow in order to serve the expanding community. “We decided that we needed to make a serious commitment to the busi- ness and the area, so we have embarked on the ground up construction of purpose- built premises. We intend keeping the site we already have and utilise that for our towingbusinesss,”Brycesaid.
Carillo said: “We also decided now is the time to step back and review what we are doing and what alliances we should consider. We have for a long time thought Car Craft would be a good fit for us. Now that we have joined, I wish we had con- sidered it sooner. The network support and exclusive access to a range of busi- ness tools is helping with a total relook at our business. We are proud to display the Car Craft brand as one that has stood the test of time in the industry.”
