 BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION
MEET OUR TWO BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION BUSINESSES POINT COOK COLLISION REPAIRS AND DSI PANELS WHO HAVE EMBARKED ON THEIR TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY WHICH INCLUDES SIX MONTHS FREE BUSINESS COACHING.
P OINT COOK COLLISION REPAIRS (PCCR) is at a stage in the busi- ness that many will relate to. They’ve outgrown their current premises, they are building a new state of the art facility and they want
to take their business to the next level. Samantha and Darren Xuereb were preparing to go on to a major new con- struction project in Trugania just as the pandemic hit. The long lockdowns in Victoria didn’t do any businesses any fa- vours but thanks to solid financial plan-
ning the couple have forged ahead.
The successful collision shop owners in this industry are not shy about learn- ing and utilising all their resources for help and when Samantha saw the Busi-
ness Transformation story she jumped at the chance to snap up six months free business coaching with Simon Whittak- er of Max My Profit.
The new workshop is the culmina- tion of an entire decade’s work in which time PCCR has earned a great reputa- tion for quality repairs and great cus- tomer service. With vastly expanded floorspace this purpose-built facility will double PCCR’s capacity from 15 to around 30 cars per week and be well placed to court an OEM approval or two. The couple have reached out to Lowbake and Car-O-Liner for equip- ment and advice on achieving the best layout for the new workshop. Car-O- Liner will swing by with its virtual re-
ality workshop planner so that you can actually walk around in a workshop de- sign. Jason Trewin from I-CAR has also dropped in to tailor a training program for Darren to achieve I-CAR Platinum Status as one of our Business Transfor- mation partners.
The couple are excited about the chal- lenges ahead, “It’s a new workshop, and a new chapter of our lives.” Samantha says. “It won’t be your average panel shop it will be a modern showroom with a cutting- edge workshop.”
“This couldn’t have come at a better time for this next phase of our busi- ness,” says Samantha. “Having Paint & Panel support us at this point has been such a big boost for us.”
