 New Products
   Heat exchange as a service
KELVION IS NOW offering Heat Exchange as a Service with customers billed on a pay per use basis.
Kelvion has entered a strong partnership with linx4, the market leader for PPU financing for industrial equipment, who will handle the bill- ing of HX as a Service.
With "Heat Exchange as a Service," users can integrate heat exchange solutions for heat recovery into their processes in a cost-efficient manner without having to invest CAPEX. The idea behind this is simple but effective: Instead of buying the heat exchanger, customers only pay for their actual use.
Customers can choose between three differ- ent packages that include different mainte- nance options (Standard; Service; Smart).
Every package will provide customers with the latest heat exchanger technology from Kelvion.
Costs for services required for commissioning the equipment are already included in all pack- ages. Intelligent additional functions such as performance monitoring, predictive maintenance or tracking of CO2 reductions can be added.
Kelvion product manager, Stefan Kleinjung, said the new Kelvion creates a resource-efficient offering based on the circular econom principle.
“A modular design reduces the use o resources to a necessary minimum. Further regularmaintenanceextendstheservicelifeo the equipment used,” he said. “Our hea exchanger design combines a high level o standardisation with an outstanding flexibilit to design customised solutions to meet cus tomer demands. Thanks to the modular design individual parts can be replaced at low cost.
“Should our equipment ever be irreparabl damaged, we ensure that it is properly fed int the recycling system.”

Air cleaner designed for sensitive environments
QLEANAIR HAS LAUNCHED an air cleaner developed in consultation with hospitals to meet new international guidelines.
With high airflow and more functionality, the FS 35 boasts quiet operation and an energy-saving function.
The new air cleaner is designed to help hos- pitals, schools and offices to improve their indoor air quality in times of a tripledemic.
Swedish air cleaning company QleanAir said the air cleaner has been specially designed to improve the air quality in sensitive
environments such as hospitals, schools, offices and other public spaces.
The QleanAir FS 35 is an updated version of the previous FS 30 and is one of only a few air cleaners on the market that meets the new German expert recommendation from VDI, including guidelines for air cleaning, airflow, sound level, room comfort and safety.
For example, this ensures that the air cleaner is childproof and reduces particle lev- els in the room by 90 per cent within 30 min-
utes, without disturbing noise or turbulence. It is developed to be energy efficient and can also be set into standby mode to save extra energy
when needed.

Monitor CO2 accurately
DWYER INSTRUMENTS HAS announced the availability of its new Series CDT S Carbon Dioxide Transmitter.
The Series CDT S can accurately monitor CO2 concentration and temperature in indoor environments.
Built upon Dwyer’s standard carbon dioxide transmitter, the -S option has a front-facing LED that illuminates when the CO2 level exceeds 1100 PPM.
It is ideal for schools and classrooms and offers multiple sensing capabilities.
It is designed for simple installation with backplate electrical terminations. The trans- mitter reduces the number of installed devices by using integral temperature sensing.
