CAPABILITIES: Daronmont Technologies has a long history working with Defence and DST to licence and commercialise radar technol- ogy. Daronmont experience includes developing an operational HF Surface Wave Radar (SECAR) in the Torres Strait in 2007 and recent- ly signing a major contract to support BAE Systems in the upgrade of JORN. Daronmont is now a major participant in Passive Radar, devel- oping systems for the ADF un the Defence Innovation Hub. Passive Radar can provide covert, receive only surveillance against a wide range of air and surface targets for a fraction of the cost of active systems and without risk of detection. Being a receive only radar, RADHAZ is not an issue for radar users. Daronmont’s radar capabili- ties extends to developing in-house trackers and indigenous GUIs. Our radars support a variety of output formats and interfaces to a wide range of in-service C2 systems.
