CAPABILITIES: TRS Slipway is capable to lift <3000 tonnes and <105 m OA. Supported by a deep-water channel, TRS has 250 lm of ser- viced deep water wet berths. This is the highest capacity shipyard in Northern Australia. Employing Naval Architects and Dock Masters, TRS ensures lifts are completed professionally. TRS tradesmen are qualified in all aspects of ship repair and approved by all classifica- tion societies. The TRS yard is equipped for all work, including heavy equipment, hydro-blasting, scaffolding, machine shop, fabricating in Steel, SS, Cuni and Aluminium. TRS yard is secured and DEF (AUST) 5000 qualified.
