CAPABILITIES: Systematiq improves human performance through training analysis, design, development, and training evaluation. We apply systematic procedures to training requirements for Defence training projects. We use modern theories and principles of instruc- tional design, employing industry best-practice and the investigation of new and emerging technologies.
We utilise a number of methodologies depending on the environment where the training is required. We use the Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL), for the majority of Defence related train- ing, which incorporates the previous ADDIE system approach to learning with Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate phases, processes and products consistent with an instructional design methodology.
