We apply systematic procedures to training requirements for Defence training projects. We use modern theories and principles of instruc- tional design, employing industry best-practice and the investigation of new and emerging technologies.
We utilise a number of methodologies depending on the environment where the training is required. We use the Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL), for the majority of Defence related train- ing, which incorporates the previous ADDIE system approach to learning with Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate phases, processes and products consistent with an instructional design methodology.
