CAPABILITIES: MFB Products manufacture a range of purpose built cabinets which meet the stringent requirements of RFI/EMI Shielding. They provide electromagnetic attenuation better than 80dB to signals be- tween 10KHz and 1GHz. The cabinets generally conform to IEC 60297 19” standard and IP55 dust and moisture specifications. The cabinets are tested using the test procedure of MIL-STD-285 to ensure the specified RF attenuation requirements are achieved. IP66 can be supplied on request. CAPABILITIES: Queensland Gaskets is the sole Australian supplier of Specialty Silicone Products (SSP) EMI/RFI conductive silicone rub- ber materials to produce shielding gaskets for military, aerospace, electronics, automotive, medical and telecom applications.
Many of the particle-filled elastomers that Queensland Gaskets sup- ply meets the MIL-DTL-83528F specification for military applications. Queensland Gaskets supply a wide range of EMI/RFI shielding mate- rials as uncured mouldable compounds and compression moulded sheet stock or, for some products, as continuous rolls. Their cutting capabilities also means they can convert conductive silicones into shielding gaskets using the most efficient, cost-effective methods.
