JOINT CAPABILITIES GROUP
Joint Capabilities Group (JCG) was formed in July 2017 as a result of the formation of the Australian Defence Force Headquarters.
JCG is headed by the Chief of Joint Capabilities (CJC), who is responsible to the Chief of Defence Force. JCG supports the Services by providing a wide range of enabling capabilities, including logistics support and services; health services; professional military education and training; and military legal services. JCG is also responsible for progressing leading edge capabilities, such as cyber, data link and satellite communications. CJC will also manage agreed Joint projects, and their sustainment, to support joint capability requirements.

The function of Joint Operations Command is to plan, control and conduct military campaigns, operations, joint exercises and other activities in order to meet Australia’s national objectives.

SPACE COMMAND
Defence established a Space Command headquarters within the Royal Australian Air Force in early 2022, with personnel from all areas within Defence reflecting the importance of the Space domain. The Government has committed to significantly increasing investment
in Defence’s Space capabilities by investing around $7 billion this decade to ensure access to Space, Space services and geospatial information.

Our in-house software and mechatronics engineers solve challenges and create customised sensing packages to complete customer missions from our global 24/7 piloting centre, providing real-time vehicle performance and optimisation, data monitoring and reporting.
