A range of line finishing units is available, including creasing, trimming, booklet making and square fold trimming. It also includes a cooling device to reduce the potential for wrinkles and aid post-press processing.
The press is driven by Fuji’s own Revoria Flow PC11 print server, and the online expo also includes
a launch for the new Revoria One workflow cockpit which links to XMF, offset and digital devices, as well as post-press.
The new printers have a scalable configuration that can evolve as the print business grows. New features include the Air Suction Feeder and Static Eliminator.
The company says the Air Suction Feeder enhances paper handling capabilities by reducing misfeeds and improving registration and alignment, and allows the printing of large production runs using a wide range of media types and sizes.
The versatile Static Eliminator enables printing on a variety of substrates such as films, metallic, and transparent media, with what the company says is “easy” post- production handling. 21

is a production colour printer for the high-end professional printing market, and Revoria Press E1 Series, a monochrome production printer for on-demand printing both for professional and office use.
The company says one of the most exciting new features of the Revoria PressPC1120 is the AI-based Photo Quality Optimisation capability. The AI automatically determines the scene for each photographic image on a page, and corrects the image appropriately on the Print Server, for example brightening a dull image and correcting image sharpness.
The company describes this feature as a “game changer” for customers that handle large quantities of photography printing without a specific photobook printer, and for customers that don’t have the ability to retouch images in house. It says the AI automates print processes to save time, and spend less time in post-production.

Resolution is 1,200x1,200dpi delivering 2,400x2,400dpi image quality, thanks to Fujifilm's HQ Digital Screen technology.
Monochrone Revoria E1 produces photographic gradation
Fujifilm Business Innovation says
the new Revoria Press E1-Series monochrome printer has “excellent” image quality, enabling a wider range of applications.
It says mono-colour with high- quality output is made possible by the EA-Eco LGK toner, which uses small
and precise particles of 6.5microns - enabling reproduction of “photographic” gradation, density uniformity in figures.
It also produces small text with “clarity”. The company says the new
monochrome Revoria Press E-1 will enable print businesses to enter new markets with high-value digital printing applications, and uncover business potential such as reports, manuals, book printing, barcode tags, as well as labels and stickers. Applications range from credit cards and bank statements to direct mail and fine detail print such as
comic books and architectural designs The Revoria Press E1-Series’ revamped
engine delivers SRA3 print output at speeds of up to 68ppm.
Fujifilm Business Innovation says that as the business evolves and grows, scalability is “easy” with this press due to the various modular configurations - from standard to full configuration with a complete range of feeding and finishing.
