As a business owner your mood chang- es from day to day, be it from stress, happiness or just downright frustration. The key to a successful business is a successful business plan and a success- ful strategy to implement this plan. Quarterly and yearly analysis are vital. Outlining goals per quarter and having targets such as KPIs are key to the con-
tinued success of a business. Through analysis an owner can keep a close eye on the perfor- mance of their business, which will in turn help to maintain a focus on contin- ued growth. Having a set goal will al- ways help to keep you motivated but an- alysing your work towards this goal can
be rewarding in itself.
