Over the past two years, Caps & Closures won two consecutive WPO WorldStar Packaging Awards, following two consecu- tive PIDA Awards, for its innovative packaging solutions. These are just a few of the many accolades the company has earned over the years.
In 2019, Caps & Closures won a WPO WorldStar Packaging Award
in for its Precise Pour cap, which
was also recognised with a PIDA 2018 award. This closure is a
leap forward in the functionality of the simple tap, both for con- sumers and packers. It is simple to apply, intuitive to use, hard to damage, and
performs unlike any other tap on the market. It has tamper-evidence, anti-binding lugs, and an anti-drip lip.
Another award-winning innovation from Caps & Closures is the Nulon Ezy-Squeeze fluid transfer system which replaces the tra- ditional rigid packaging with a flexible pouch and applicator that has made accessing hard- to-reach fill points on a car quick and easy. The system won a 2020 WPO WorldStar Packaging award and a 2019 PIDA Gold Award in the Domestic & Household cate- gory, which recognises organisations that have designed innovative packaging and pro- cessing materials, packaging and machinery/ equipment within domestic and household items, toys, stationery, gifts, clothing, garden equipment, and decorating.
