Who
Simon is the managing director of Spot Productions, a business he has built from his father’s business, Spot the Printer, after selling his share in Image Studio and Print
in 2007. With twenty-four years as a business owner, Simon’s print blood runs much deeper, starting his career completing a Printing Press Operator trade as a teen.
He is an icon of industry across Queensland known for his hard- working and honest nature.
Why
Simon considers the print industry the best industry in the country, and wants the industry association to reflect this. He believes a united focus from all of
industry – printers, customers, government and more, leaving no one isolated on the end-to-end print journey. Coming together, de-duplicating costs, building programmes for success and investing in training are key
to his agenda.

Who
Tom is an industry leader
with 31 years at the helm of Eckersley Print Group. He holds qualifications across business management, graphics arts
and commerce management.
A well-respected business entrepreneur, who plays across the broad spectrum of print and visual communications. Tom is experienced in both family business structures
and corporate public company structure, and has extensive experience in acquisitions, and the subsequent re-positioning and re-engineering to build a united business group.
Why
Tom is committed to improving the profile, position, application and even the definition of the “Print Industry”. He does this in his pursuit to broaden the

Who
Walter is the managing director of Kuhn Corp in Brisbane.
He began with sales role with Wilkie Printers where he was

instrumental in developing specialised ticketing systems for Expo88 and various other events and venues. Walter founded Panther Print which he sold
after three years, starting Kuhn Corp Press and later Kuhn Corp Packaging. He joined the Printing Industries Association, later PVCA, board in 2016, and became president until last year, when he became the deputy president.
Why
Walter is passionate about giving back to the industry and building a member focused industry association. He believes in the importance of a strong and leading industry association that delivers tangible outcomes for member business success.
Who
Nick has owned and operated
a Kwik Kopy franchise in Circular Quay, Sydney for
the past sixteen years. The Circular Quay business stands in the top decile of the national print franchise network. Nick also runs the largest graphic design studio in the Kwik Kopy network, under the sub brand 121Creative, and specialises in annual reports and corporate documentation. During the Covid pandemic he expanded into the Northern Beaches, with the purchase of Kwik Kopy Frenchs Forest.
Nick’s career has not always been across the print industry, formerly in retail, sales
and business management with Coles Myer, Hutchison Telecoms and News Ltd, as well as building a family-owned small business.
Since joining Kwik Kopy, Nick has been an active member of the Kwik Kopy Owners Association spending five
years as chairman. During his

membership into the Print Industry Association of Australia (now PVCA), and implementing the Sustainable Green Print certification across the Kwik Kopy network.
Why
Nick joined the PVCA board in January, and is seen as a voice for those printers who operate under a franchise model or as an independent small business. Nick is passionate about sustainability and building
tenure he was instrumental in the industry advocacy for our bringing the KKOA as a group environmental credentials.
Who
Kevin is the executive chairman
of Lithocraft with 55 years of experience in print operations and senior executive responsibilities. He joined Lithocraft as a salesman in 1969, becoming a partner in 1974. Kevin remains a 50 per cent shareholder to this day, with Lithocraft’s managing director, Nick O’Sullivan.
