                  Dog of the Month
Magnite’s unofficial supervisor
We look at our furry friends across the advertising, adtech, marketing and media sector, shedding
a light on these stars and how they help adland get results. This month, we speak to sell-side advertising platform Magnite’s coffee retriever, Jolly.
Picture This
Time in current role/time at the company:
Three human years, which means 21 dog years. Where's my long service leave?
How would you describe what the company does?
I’m not really sure, they lost me at “programmatic”.
Who is your right-hand person?
Auntie G (Georgina Gainfort) but I wanted more so I created seven of my own minions.
What do you do day-to-day?
I’m meant to be on maternity leave, but Auntie G needs her daily coffee. I’m finding it hard juggling all the coffee runs and the kids’ home schooling
Define your job in one word:
Supervisor.
I got into advertising because:
Leftovers at media lunches.
Whose job have you set your sights on in the future?
I don't see anyone else get any treats so clearly I have the best job already!
Where do you turn for inspiration?
I’m at my best after my daily bush walk. It’s just what I need for work- life balance.
My favourite advert is: The Qantas Fly Away ad. I can’t wait to see the pack in Tassie (where I was born).
My best trick is: Being a strong, independent, working single mum.
