Depending on how the figures are calculated, Land 400 Phase 3 is a $18-27 billion opportunity for industry. The two contenders of Hanwha Defense Systems and Rheinmetall with their Redback and Lynx vehicles respectively are now undergoing a 12-month Risk Mitigation Program (RMA).
