WE LIVE IN an age where everyone looks for third party endorsements before making a purchase. I think it is why awards have so much value. Even if you don’t win, the benefits of nominating shouldn’t be underestimated.
Just being a finalist can increase the status of your business, or your worth as an industry profes- sional. Winning isn’t everything.

If I sound preoccupied with awards it’s because it is that time of year again when I have the privi- lege of announcing the finalists for the HVACR Leadership Awards.
