Changing government policy is very positive from an EOS point of view, given our export focus. We’re increasingly confident that the Integrated Investment Program as it cur- rently stands will provide growing opportunities for EOS to deliver Australian technology to the Australian market.

ADM: What is your current export portfolio and how will it grow?

There are a range of other Australian op-
portunities, such as the self-propelled howit-
zer deal with Hanwha, which will require re-
mote weapon stations, as well as components of the foreign military sales purchase of the heavy armoured vehicle fleet; the support and engineering vehicles will provide growth opportunities for EOS remote weapon stations. We’re en- gaged with the Commonwealth on what we can provide to deliver the remote weapon station capability that those new platforms will require.
If we take a step back from current oppor- tunities and look at the long-term strategic direction of the market – the proliferation of UGVs, increasing automation, the removal of people from the battlefield or the remote control of combat systems – the key technology needed to
