Bega Cheese’s COO Pete Findlay was appointed CEO after Paul van Heerwaarden announced his resignation from the business. Van Heerwaarden had been at Bega for six years and had played a key role in the acquisition of the Mondelez Grocery Business in 2017, the re-shaping of Bega’s dairy nutritionals business, and the acquisitions of Koroit and Lion Dairy and Drinks.
Findlay brings more
than 25 years experience in professional services in a range of industries to the role.

CEO CHARLES CORMACK
The world’s largest macadamia processor and marketing business Marquis Marketing appointed Charles Cormack as CEO, following the resignation of Larry McHugh. Cormack has served as the general manager of Marquis for the past four and a half years, bringing more than 20 years of senior executive experience to the role.

COO SHAREEF KHAN
The a2 Milk Company chief operating officer Shareef Khan resigned, saying he
wanted to spend more time with his family and explore other pursuits. Khan was with the company since 2012.
His resignation will see
the company retire the role and replace it with a chief supply chain officer to bring operations and manufacturing under one leadership role.
The new chief supply chain officer will lead a2 Milk’s end-to- end supply chain in all categories and markets. They will also join the executive leadership team.

R&T DIRECTOR PETER CRANE
Kellogg ANZ has appointed FMCG veteran Peter Crane as research and technology director. Crane was most recently executive director of Future Foods Company
working with start-ups and entrepreneurs in new food innovation. Previously, he worked at Mars for more than
20 years, including R&D director for Mars Food Australia.

CEO PAUL MUSGRAVE
Long serving CEO of Intersnack Australia and New Zealand, Paul Musgrave, resigned, with the company’s managing director Kurt Preshaw taking his place.
Preshaw joined the company in 2020 as chief strategy
and commercial officer and became managing director
at the beginning of 2022.
He has more than 20 years’ experience in FMCG and prior to Intersnack was PepsiCo managing director for Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar. ✷
