Minor Sustainment under $50 million
Anti Ship Missile Defence Follow On Support: CEA Technologies and ANZAC Systems Program Office
Building on the strong foundation of the ASMD program, Anzac SPO and CEA Technologies have been able to introduce a comprehensive sustainment program for a world leading technology well below the expected budget in a timeframe that al- lows more time at sea for a heavily tasked asset. With a focus on constant communi- cation and risk sharing, the SPO and CEA have been able to work with the wider An- zac support team to maintain the fleet.

The ADM team extends our congratula- tions to this year's winners and all the final- ists for their stellar performances.
LHD Future Supplier Engagement Model Project: Brooke Global and Amphibious Combat and Sealift Systems Program Office
The work done by the Amphibious Combat and Sealift SPO and SME Brooke Global saw the team develop an integrated sup- plier engagement model to look after every aspect of the Canberra class LHDs. The former support arrangements were highly transactional in nature with the new model aiming for true partnership between De- fence and Industry. ACSPO worked hand in hand with Brooke Global to deliver a reformed framework that delivered signifi- cant savings to the Commonwealth.
