GAP80 UV Filler is game chang- ing product that will save your shop time and money. This product is chemically stable directly after curing which ensures you will get no marking, sagging or shrinking. Depending on your layer thickness this filler will dry in between 2-5 minutes and is great for use on all metal surfaces.
This is an easy to apply filler that requires no hardener, no mixing and can be sanded immediately after dry- ing (no cooling down time neces- sary). Drying times are not influ- enced by temperature or humidity ensuring a controlled cure that has good flexibility and an easy to sand finish. If the cartridge is sealed and stored correctly, the product has an unlimited pot life.
GAP80 UV Filler can also be ap- plied to bumpers. Use standard sur- face preparation techniques and ap- ply a light coat of TSP030 Adhesion Promoter. Follow up with a 5-minute flash-off before applying the GAP80 UV Filler.
