CLEANERS FINIXA’S GUN CLEANING RANGE OFFERS
users a quick, fully automatic or manual process to give a thorough clean for spray guns. The AGC gun cleaning ma- chines (AGC40 and AGC50) give the ability to wash out the spray guns straight after use whether they be water or solvent- based paints.
The AGC40 automatic gun cleaner can be used as both a water-based or solvent cleaning machine, as well as being able to be used either as an automatic or manual system. It is equipped with a brush for pre-cleaning while the stain- less steel body makes for easy assembly, maintenance, and operation. The design also allows for the volumes and pressure to be easily set and adjusted on the front panel. With dimensions of 1400mm high, 560mm wide and 410mm deep, it won’t take up valuable space in the workshop while offering a great height to provide easy access to the sprayguns.
Finixa’s quick gun cleaner, the AGC50 is built as a waterborne paint cleaner and the process is just 30 seconds from start to finish. Combine with Finixa BTC80 water- based gun shampoo to create a low con- sumption system, using only 5 litres for around 100 spray guns. SAFE FOR SOME TYRES
Regulations for some vehicle models re- quire tyres to be removed prior to paint- ing as they are sensitive to heat. This re- quirement doesn’t apply to drying temperatures of 40°C or 20°C and as a result, is a significant time saver.
