        Rating tools for cold stores
IN AUGUST 2022, NABERS will launch energy and water rating tools for warehouses and cold stores.
NABERS has saved over a billion dollars in energy bills since the start of the program.
Visitors to ARBS can find out more about how a NABERS rating can pro- mote a facility’s environmental credentials and attract quality investors.
The session will dive into how to step onto the NABERS sustainability journey of measuring, managing and improving your warehouses or cold stores' operational energy efficiency and enable owners/tenants to help achieve their sustainability targets.
The session will be presented by NABERS expansion lead, Suruchi Pathak.
She manages the development of new benchmarking tools for NABERS. This includes working closely with industry experts to develop the new rat- ing tools and test the benchmarks through pilot ratings.
Pathak holds a degree in architecture and is also a Green Star accredited professional. She is passionate about the transition to reaching net zero emissions.
