Trace with precision
Advanced measurement and control of trace moisture is possible with Michell Instruments’ enhanced Pura trace moisture transmitter.
THE Michell Instruments Pura Trace Moisture Transmitter is now available from AMS Instrumentation & Calibration.
With an M12 connector for dual analog and digital communication, the digital connectivity allows the Pura to be connected to smart factory monitoring systems, such as the Rotronic Monitoring System.
The Pura measures trace moisture in high purity gases down to -120°C dew point, or moisture content down to 1ppbV.
It is widely used in precision manufacturing processes such as semiconductor fabrication and fibre optics production.
Quality food requires quality temperature control
MTA chillers and heat pumps are specifically designed for diverse and demanding applications in the food and drink industry.
FOOD industries require absolute reliability 24/7, including chillers which always work, whatever the conditions.
Complete flexibility for all user needs is ensured thanks to MTA’s specific evaporator configuration, offering water supply temperatures from –24°C
to +35°C.
MTA has been focused on
product development to meet the upcoming ERP2021 energy reduction program for Europe, as well as meeting local energy benchmarks in Australia.
Key development areas for the MTA range of air-cooled
water chillers include the TAEevo Tech, which has 2–260 kW cooling capacity, with MTA’s famous evaporator-in- tank configuration.
The chilled water supply temperature range is 30°C down to -10°C for the standard range, and down to -24°C for LWT version.
Precise control and swift adaptability for rapidly changing requirements ensures all the phases within vinification process are perfectly catered for, even in the harshest conditions.
It also includes the Aries Tech 2, which has 230–940 kW cooling capacity, with shell and tube evaporators and multi- scroll technology.
This range now comes as standard with shell and tube evaporators, V configuration condenser coils, optional internal chilled water buffer tanks with choice of single or dual water pumps. ✷
A new option for a transmitter cleaned for enriched oxygen service is also now available. The transmitter is provided double- bagged to ensure cleanliness.
Pura is also available with optional global hazardous area certifications for use in hazardous areas.
In addition to Pura, AMS Instrumentation & Calibration provides a wide range of Michell Instruments for the sector in the Australian market. ✷
THE insulated, hygienic and easy-to-clean Ferroplast box creates premium conditions for efficient refrigerated and fresh produce logistics over short, medium and long-range distribution.
Schmitz Cargobull moved into its new assembly facility in Noble Park, Victoria in October last year and to date has delivered in excess of 60 fridge vans from the premises.
The product offering has also expanded to include 10 and 12 pallet A-Trailers, 22 pallet short and standard- length B-Trailers, standard and extra-long 24 pallet semi-trailers and 26 pallet PBS semi-trailers.
With a large national
network of qualified
service partners, it assures its customers of fast service and repairs around Australia.
Its fully stocked parts warehouse in Melbourne supplies service partners with support and repair parts with fast turnaround to keep customers on the road.
Schmitz Cargobull Ferroplast Refrigerated Trailers achieve thermal efficiencies and are relied upon by some of the world’s largest food manufacturers and grocery chains.
The thermal advantages of its NX17 high density polyurethane hard foam are further enhanced with Schmitz Cargobull market leading 125mm insulated roof and floor, four lip gasket style door seals and highly efficient air circulation wall.
Its proprietary hinged air circulation walls can be easily opened to access to the inside of the fridge plant for high pressure cleaning. ✷
Trailer thermal efficiencies
Schmitz Cargobull is now delivering one of the world’s most successful refrigerated trailer technologies
to Australia.
