CCN in partnership with peak industry body, the Australian Refrigeration Council has created NextGen to showcase the future of our industry and to promote trade excellence.
With such an acute skills shortage in the RAC trade, our technicians have never been more important. We want them to share their stories and be ambassadors for our industry to let
the rest of the world know that refrigeration and air conditioning is a great career choice.
Each year apprentices and technicians under the age of 25 from all over Australia are invited to participate. Successful nominees will be selected for our Top
20 under 25. Our Top 20 technicians
are profiled in the June edition of
CCN magazine and encouraged to be ambassadors for our industry.
Nominations open 1 February, 2023 and close 1 April, 2023.
