equipment includes a unique function called the HotSpot that lets technicians repair small dents with incredible ease.
The Kempact RA’s HotSpot feature de- livers a specialised heat treatment pro- cess. A simple point and pull the trigger function, HotSpot allows users to local- ise the heat to repair vehicle dents accu- rately and quickly.
When the MIG gun’s trigger is pressed and the carbon electrode comes into contact with the work piece, an electrical circuit forms and the carbon heats the metal surface to help the user pop the dent out. Hot- Spot makes metal shrinking both sim- ple and convenient.
HotSpot can also be used to release corroded nuts and bolts in chassis and
mountings. Heat is applied to the bolt head using HotSpot un- til it is dull red, making it easy to remove.
Designed with safety in mind, the HotSpot function is powered by electricity, not gas. This eliminates the possibility of gas leakages and allows the user to work safely.
The HotSpot function has four heat settings and comes as standard in all the Kempact RA models.
Other Kempact RA must have features that are perfect for repairers include the convenient waist height LCD control panel and easy parameter control, a parts tray and LED cabinet lighting.
The Brights cabinet lighting allows easy wire loading in low light condi- tions, a WireLine service alert func- tion signals routine wire-path mainte- nance needs, and the integrated GasMate chassis design makes gas
cylinder loading and machine move- ment easy and safe.
Available with 180 and 250 amp sin- gle-phase and 320 amp 3-phase power sources, users can choose from seven Kempact RA models and from either a Regular (R) or Adaptive (A) control panel interface.

single phase MIG-MAG welding ma- chine with three torch connectors. It is ideal for welding steel, stainless steel, aluminium and for MIG braz- ing of high-tensile strength steels.
The machine determines the op- timum wire speed by selecting the type of wire, the wire diameter, the welding current in synergic mode.
The spool gun torch is a motorised torch and suitable for aluminium, stainless steel, copper and steel.
