When asked about the qualities that make a rising star, Eftimovski was quick to reply.
“Flexibility, in my role it is critical,” he said.
“I also think it is important to be transpar- ent and to collaborate with others to get the job done.
“I interact with so many trades and so many different people that consultation and working as a team is everything.”
