Welder has received a global Jaguar/ Land Rover approval.
“Jaguar/Land Rover recognizes that the high performance CTR9 welder meets their requirements for high-quality repairs of their modern, technologically advanced ve- hicles,” says Jonny Jangdin, product man- ager at Car-O-Liner.
In order to achieve this approval, the welder went through a boronated Steel re- sistance spot Welder testing protocol which includes a number of various structural and cross sec-
tion tests. The CTR 9 passed these tests meet- ing the high quality welding requirements set by Jaguar/ Land Rover.

The spectrophotometer captures ex- act colour of a vehicle and transmits the information to Axalta’s colour re- trieval software, Axalta Color Cloud. Using digital connectivity, the Acquire Color Compact provides high-speed ac- cess to over 200,000 current colour for- mulas ensuring an accurate colour match. The spectrophotometer meas- ures three angles and is capable of ac- curately measuring solid colours as well as colour effects, such as sparkle.
The device is robust and compact with a high-resolution screen that pro- vides clear instructions on usage, en- suring full advantage of all its fea- tures, making colour identification and matching efficient and reliable.
The Acquire Color Compact works with all Axalta refinish brands, includ- ing Standox, Cromax and Spies Hecker.
