Events here we come
THERE’S a frisson in the air folks and it stems from the return of being able to see each other and all the latest equipment, technology, and ideas that were forged during The Great Isolation.
For us, it really begins with the processing and packaging wonderland that is AUSPACK. It is my first since joining the Yaffa fold and I cannot wait. Please seek me out next month at the expo to say hi. Head to our AUSPACK preview from
page 31 for a glimpse of the impending action.
I’ll also be chairing a panel at AltProteins22 on 17 May in
Melbourne. It will be a career highlight to quiz some of Australia’s leading alt protein lights in such a forum. The perfect primer for that gathering is our Alternative Proteins feature this issue. It starts on page 24 with a deep dive on the local state of play.
The beverage sector is as vibrant and dynamic as ever as our Beverage Business feature can
attest. Aviation Gin’s global
