Always cook with adult supervision!
HOW TO GET CHILDREN INVOLVED:
START THEM FROM YOUNG: Invest time to cook in the kitchen when they are young and expose them to a wide variety of nutritious foods
START SMALL AND BUILD UP: Start with small jobs (picking herbs, spinning salad leaves dry, mixing), giving the child decisions can empower them.
MAKE THE TIME: Make weekly plans (2 nights a week is cooking with children night) HAVE A HANDS ON ATTITUDE: Get the children to taste, touch and smell the ingredients
your cooking with, and explain that it is ok to not enjoy all foods, but to at least give it a try
