Lucia J Conway, President
Growing up in Hawaii, where people constantly soak in the warm
and damaging sun, Lucia recognized the need for effective, natural, and affordable skincare products. After graduating from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Lucia created Cosmedica Skincare. Today, her passion for healthy, beautiful skin, and a commitment to building strong customer relationships, drives her to research and create the perfect products for all Cosmedica customers.
Thomas Conway, CEO
After completing his service in the United States Air Force as a military police officer in 2003, Thomas Conway pursued a successful career
in real estate and other business ventures. While attending California State University Sacramento for business marketing, his entrepreneurial roots led him into a leadership position at Cosmedica Skincare. Thomas continues to build and refine his knowledge in the skincare industry. His goal is to transform Cosmedica Skincare into a leading international brand within the beauty industry, while maintaining the product integrity and unparalleled commitment to customer service which Cosmedica Skincare offers today.
Stefani Hedin Lawin, Marketing/Consulting
With over ten years experience in the cosmetics industry, including the corporate, brand, and field environment, Stefani is happy to be on board with Cosmedica Skincare. Her specialty is skincare, and she is delighted to work with a brand who’s products are approachable and effective. She’s currently assisting Cosmedica with product packaging and web copy, content marketing, and project management.
