Introduction
Smart Carwash was born off the need to assist car wash businesses with a mobile business software that enables owners run their operations more effectively and efficiently. As a result, Smart Carwash partnered with a couple of car wash business to pilot the business software. The results of the pilot directed Smart Carwash to run its own car wash operations in order to perfect the business software. Smart Carwash App was developed to allow customers book for mobile car wash services. In partnership with UNISA Enterprise, the Smart Carwash App was used extensively at the UNISA Muckleneuck campus. Henceforth Smart Carwash will be responsible for the UNISA Fleet in all its campuses across South Africa.
This document is aimed at proposing a Smart Carwash Service Strategy for the Woodlands Shopping Mall. The plan does not only entail an operational plan to provide carwash services to Woodlands Boulevard Shopping Mall, it also offers other strategies related to marketing and promotion for Smart Carwash, UNISA Enterprise and Woodlands Mall tenant. Additionally, Smart Carwash would like to provide extra security services as value add to Woodlands Boulevard shopping mall.
