Service Strategy
Customers will be encouraged to download the Smart Carwash App or will be Book-Invited (word of mouth). There is also an opportunity to approach tenants and their staff for scheduled carwash services, send alerts for cars that missed the scheduled services and reschedule them appropriately.
Costs
Price variants are only linked to the size of a car or vehicle category as stated below, costed at minimum service type/offering of wash, wax and polish:

Smart Carwash Attendants will use portable Smart Carwash kits supported by supervisors on hoverboards.
