FEASABILITY STUDY
This initial phase provides proper realistic projections of costs, as well as an assessment of the potential of the concept. It is extremely important to dedicate su cient time and resources to this phase to insure that the client is not embarking on a project beyond the realm of his/her budget and expectations. A little investment in proper research and planning at this stage will always save a lot of money and headaches in the long run.
