  Founded the mega 30,000 sf. project located on the top 4 floors of the highest building in Montreal. It featured a restaurant on the top floor, a third-floor mega night club, and a lounge with two massive 5,000 square foot panoramic outdoor terraces. It immediately became one of the highest-grossing restaurants in Canada, with yearly sales exceeding 25M and won many design awards. The lines to get in would often exceed a 3-hr wait. It remains to-date the most iconic restaurant in Montreal’s history.
