Research Interest
• My research interest revolve around how leadership affects employees. More specifically, their desire to remain or leave an organization.
• I am interested in looking into ways that organizations can save valuable time and money by reducing employee turnover.
• A key aspect of having a productive organization is keeping the talent in the organization. Turnover from a toxic leadership environment is a waste of time, money, and production, not to mention that it soils the organization’s reputation.
