TEAM BUILDING SESSION WITH DBO TEAM
The Human Resources team continues to strengthen CRDB culture Bank wide by increasing workforce engagement, improving communication, and developing relationships.
On 14th October 2019 a total of 115 staff from DBO participated in a team building session which took place at Ledger Plaza in Dar es Salaam. The program was coordinated and facilitated by Human Resources Department and a coordinating team from DBO.
The activity aimed at strengthening team work and also creating an opportunity among all the department members to realize the potential of each of them. The activity was done in one full day with indoor and outdoor activities; everybody was excited by the lessons behind all activities and the whole time table which were very engaging, full of games, sports and dances.
The outcome of the program was above expectations everybody in the department had equal opportunity to understand their colleagues better and better team cohesion was attained. The activities had left the members with improved communication, increased motivation and trust, an energized new culture, a breakthrough of barriers, and great team interaction. We believe that all the above will lead to improved performance, productivity and an engaged team at DBO. The combination of DHR & DBO team members created Magic atmosphere!!!!Above all, we are thankful to DHR for the
wonderful opportunity.
