Sing! Dance! Design! In Tiny Triple Threats, our youngest participants get a chance to experience the many aspects of theatrical production. Participants dance, draw, and dive into cultures from all over the world! Through Aboriginal art of Australia or the Batiks of Zimbabwe, participants engage in cultural awareness through art making. Shakesperience - A Midsummer Mash Up (Gr 3-8) VS05B19
Dust off that quill pen and get ready to draft a one-of-a-kind Shakespearean epic worthy of the Globe Theatre! Participants in this two-week program will dive into Shakespeare’s classic characters and playful plotlines, and then devise their own ensemble-based performance inspired by the great Bard’s timeless tales and unique style. Make ol’ Billy Shakes proud -- the piece premieres on Friday at the end of the second week.

Patterns Of The World (Gr 3-4) VS05C19
Plaids from Scotland, kente cloths from Ghana, Moroccan mosaics, and Indian mehndi
- all of these art patterns are important parts of cultures from around the world. During this week-long world tour, participants explore cultures near and far to examine patterns of all kinds and even create their own! This program culminates in an exhibit on Friday for family and friends.

Places and Spaces (Gr 5-8)

Light, texture, scale--these are all things architects and designers must take into account when creating the places and spaces of our world. Participants in this program take on the challenge of creating their own environments inspired by famous places and spaces worldwide! This program culminates in an exhibit on Friday for family and friends.
