Let’s throw in some basic terminology - there are four weaving techniques that are a low threshold entry into weaving, but we suggest you kick off with “tabby” which simply is plain weaving, from left to right. With tabby on your side (and perhaps one or two other techniques) you will be able to construct some very fancy looking designs. Trial and error is the only way to go.
