•If have to google it, and ask your buddy = 3 Points •If don't have a clu = 0 Points
•Good performance = 5 Points •No bad no good = 3 Points •Bad = 0 Points
•Good = 3 Points (If they have managed many IPOs) •Poor = 1 Points (If they have managed only a few IPOs)
•Avg first day close > 40% = 5 Points •Avg first day close 20%-40% = 3 Points •Avg first day close 0%-20% = 2 Points •Avg first day close < 0 = 0 Points
•Only good news = 5 Points
•Only Bad news = 0 Points
•Some good some bad = 3 Points
