DID ONE OF OUR STAFF MAKE YOUR DAY! LET US KNOW!
In our continuing efforts to make your experiences at the Club excellent, we are looking for your assistance. While we are always focused on providing great service to all our Members and Guests, we continue to step up our Staff training so our Employees offer the greatest experience to everyone, every time.
How can you help? If one of our Staff has done something that made your day, we want to know. Staff recognition cards are available in the Member & Guest Services Of ce and the Alpine Of ce. Please take a minute and complete one for that Employee who did something special. Many times we are not aware of these extra efforts and we would like to provide recognition when it is due.
Here we are in our 32nd year of operations and we are looking forward to another great season!
We want to thank our Members who have converted their payment method to on-line banking. As we mentioned earlier this summer, the Club incurred credit card fees of $186K last season. As budgets were being prepared, it was agreed that this was an area where we could easily reduce costs. We introduced a 2% convenience fee for those who still wish to pay by credit card and have budgeted $55K for credit card fees for the 2019/20 season. We are currently $10K better than budget to date so are very pleased with the results.
If you need assistance converting your payments to this method, please contact Tracy Smith at accounting@georgianpeaks.com and she will help you get set up. We have added several more nancial institutions to the original four we had last year so we should be able to accommodate your banking requirements.
The new Main Lodge is progressing very well and we look forward to an ef cient and well-designed new building.
See you soon!
