Spinach & Asparagus Soup
Directions
Fry the ginger and celery together, add the  ve spice powder, cook for a few minutes.
Add the spinach and asparagus and sweet potato. Add the vegetable stock, add water if using vegetable cubes, bring to the boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Put a lid on the saucepan, turn the heat o  and leave to cook in its own heat for 20 mins.
Blend with a handheld blender, correct the seasoning, and serve.

8 handfuls or 2 large bunches/2 bags Spinach
8 S cks Asparagus, chopped into one inch pieces, save  ps for garnish
3 S cks Celery,  nely chopped
1 Inch Ginger,  nely chopped
2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil
1 Tablespoon Five Spice powder
1 Medium Sweet Potato 8oz /225g, chopped
2 Vegetable Stock Cubes Water
