PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Pointe, in downtown Nassau, includes a 150-room Margaritaville Beach Resort hotel, 129 One Particular Harbour by Margaritaville condominium hotel private residences, Fifth Avenue-style shopping, 10 restaurants and lounges, entertainment center, a water park, a spa and fitness facility, a deep-water 45-slip marina, and a financial services office building. The condo hotel represents Nassau’s first new construction in over two decades and includes studios to four-bedroom rental capable residences priced from $400,000 to $6,000,000. The residences are designed to complement the traditional Margaritaville Beach Resort hotel and will be managed by one of the industry’s most respected groups – all fueled by the impressive Margaritaville brand.
The developer/builder, engaged Legacy mid-2019 with two primary directives: (1) fully align all disciplines to maximize market entry and (2) introduce a mainland sales initiative to broaden market penetration. Legacy’s success was reinforced by an initial, comprehensive project audit followed by the development and implementation of a detailed business plan, placement of on-site staffing and leadership, focused sales training, and an introduction of key performance metrics.
