ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Philip Jalufka is a veteran of the U.S. Army’s special operations, West Point graduate, author, and business leader. From a car accident that nearly ended his life to a series of difficult challenges, he has learned to stay true to a vision and become an inspiring leader.
ARMY VETERAN
Jalufka proudly served his country as a commissioned, special operations aviation officer in the US Army. Captain Jalufka flew the Chinook helicopter and led highly specialized military teams.
Prior to his military service, he received Bachelor degrees in Economics and Political Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point. While serving in the U.S. Army, Philip earned an MBA from Embry Riddle University.
ENTREPRENEUR
Philip currently serves as CEO of Legacy International, a company he founded and cultivated to worldwide success. Legacy International is a residential and resort sales and marketing firm that specializes in executing sales platforms and processes for home builders and developers of master-planned communities. He has built a network of world-class strategic partnerships with a single underlying goal: Changing people’s lives.
With Philip’s real estate and sales leadership, the company represents an active portfolio of more than $1B in annual sales revenue.
In July 2018, Philip organized Legacy Performance Capital (LPC), an asset management firm that now resources four to five micro-market real estate ventures per year, with a current center of gravity in Texas.
In September 2020, Philip announced that Legacy International executed a Builder Developer Services Expansion Initiative with the #1 real estate firm in the world, Keller Williams (KWRI), once again demonstrating real estate leadership.
